Please allow up to 24 hours for order confirmations to be dispatched after the order has been received by Mirasoa Cares.

2. Delivery Notification: In the event of any changes to the estimated delivery time specified in the order, customers will be promptly notified. We strive to keep you informed throughout the process.

3. Cancellation Policy: Customers reserve the right to cancel their purchase free of charge until the goods are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

4. Ownership and Possession: Mirasoa Cares retains full ownership and possession of all products until the customer has made full payment. This ensures a secure transaction process for both parties involved.

• Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under SEK 249, a shipping cost of SEK 49 will be applied at checkout for shipping in Europe.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over SEK 500 within Sweden.

• Same Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 on a weekday will be processed on the same day.

• Delivery Time: Once processed, orders will typically be delivered within 1-3 working days in Europe and 6-7 working days in the rest of the world.

• Stock Availability: While we endeavor to keep our website updated with accurate stock information, there may be instances where items are sold out before we can update the website. In such cases, we will promptly inform customers of the estimated delivery time. Customers always have the right to cancel their purchase free of charge if the item is not in stock.

• Delivery Methods: Packages are delivered by PostNord or another carrier to the designated delivery point or sent by mail.
